First Things First

Set Your Goal

Use our Fundraising Calculator to determine a realistic financial goal for your organization. If you are concerned that your goal is too large to meet, consider setting up multiple fundraisers during the calendar year.

Meet and Greet

We Love Personal Connections

Contact us to setup a Meet and Greet. You decide when and where we can meet, either in person or via video conferencing.  Invite your board members, fundraising committee, and even some of your volunteers to attend.  We will bring a selection of our fundraising products to demonstrate along with some tasty treats to sample.

Make Executive Decisions

Select your Products,
Finalize your Goals,
& Pick Your Dates

At this stage, we’re working together to pre-plan your Fundraising Campaign. Select which of our fundraising products that you would like to feature, finalize your fundraising goal, and pick the dates that you want to start & stop your campaign. Our Fundraising Specialists can answer all of your questions.

Your Sellers Start Selling

This is where the fun begins

We will provide you with customized order forms. Your sellers then record their sales and collect customer’s payment. Remember, your sellers will be responsible for the delivery of the individual products to their customers.

To help increase sales and possibly go beyond your fundraising target goal, we suggest that you consider different approaches such as a social media campaign, point of sale opportunities, and other marketing options.

Prepare for delivery

Complete Me

After your Fundraising Campaign has successfully completed, you will receive an invoice for the items sold.  This covers the actual cost-per-item.  You keep the rest.  We discuss this in more detail when we first meet with you.  Here are just a few helpful reminders of what you may want to have in place on delivery day:

  • Dolly’s, hand carts, or (if necessary and available) a forklift to transfer product.
  • A designated, safe and secure area to store product.
  • Adequate staff / volunteers to sort and distribute product.
  • If you are handling candy products, be sure to keep the boxes out of direct sun, heat or other areas that might cause the candy to melt.

Set Up Your Next Fundraiser

The need for funds
does not stop

Now is the time to think about raising the next $5,000, $10,000 or more.  Two or three strategic fundraisers a year can be a very effective way of reaching a larger target goal.

Fundraisers can target Valentines Day, Christmas, National Pancake Day, and so forth. With Kingdom Works Fundraising the options are endless. Ask your Fundraising Specialist about setting up multiple campaigns.
